01High-Speed Conveyance with “optimal supports”*
In conventional single axis robots, when the ball screw becomes longer, high-speed operation causes deflection at the center, leading to vibration-induced resonance and reduced accuracy, which required lowering the speed.
Our Long-Stroke type is equipped with our proprietary “optimal supports”*, which suppresses ball screw vibration and prevents speed reduction. This achieves a wide stroke range with a maximum speed of 2,400 mm/sec—approximately twice as fast as our previous model (FLIP-X GF type).
