01Equipment Downsizing Made Possible

Equipment can be scaled down Compared to conventional single axis robots.
The outer rail system, which integrates a low-profile aluminum frame with guide rails, reduces height by approximately 20 to 46% compared to conventional models. Furthermore, the overall height reduction contributes to the compact design of the entire device.
02Improved Static Load Moment

Despite its slim design, rigidity in the pitching, yawing, and rolling directions has been approximately doubled compared to conventional models. It boasts high precision with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm and running accuracy of ±0.02/800mm.
