Motorcycle Riding Experience Program Held for Business Partners to Enhance Product Value and Promote Traffic Safety Awareness

Yamaha Motor (the “Company”) conducted a motorcycle riding experience program in June 2025 as part of an initiative by its Customer Experience (CX) Division. The program was designed for the Company’s business partners who supply production parts and spare parts and utilized the curriculum of the Yamaha Riding Academy (YRA) Kid’s bike School in Iwata city. A total of 38 participants from 23 partner companies took part in the program. Through hands-on motorcycle riding experience, participants were given the opportunity to experience the enjoyment and appeal of Yamaha products from the customer’s perspective. At the same time, the program helped deepen their understanding of the importance of stable spare parts supply in supporting product value, while also enhancing traffic safety awareness that can be applied in everyday life.

According to post-event surveys, many participants shared positive feedback, including comments such as, “I was deeply impressed by this first-time experience,” “I was able to reaffirm the importance of spare parts supply from the customer’s point of view,” and “My awareness of traffic safety has increased.”
