Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative Celebrates National Public Lands Day

As part of the Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative related activities, YMUS, the U.S. subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Corporation, participated in the National Public Lands Day held in September. YMUS mobilized more than 60 employees as volunteers in California and Georgia, to collaborate with the U.S. Forest Service and local organizations in maintaining trails, repairing facilities, and restoring habitats through planting activities. These efforts contribute to enhancing safe and sustainable outdoor recreation environment and the conservation of natural resources on public lands.

Over the past 18 years, the Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative has invested as excess of 8 million USD in over 550 projects. The National Public Lands Day activities are a testament of Yamaha employees' comittement to responsible nature conservation.
