Impact AssessmentBy providing job training at the Yamaha NTTF Training Center (Nettur Technical Training Foundation), we train talents that can find work and obtain stable salaries, contributing to prosperous lifestyles for themselves and their families throughout their lives.
Due to the temporary suspension of recruitment due to the impact of COVID-19, there were no graduates in 2024 or 2025. Students who enrolled in 2024 are expected to graduate in 2026. Additionally, 17 new students will join the program and are expected to graduate in 2027.
The results of the midterm evaluation show significant overall improvements in technical skills, work attitude, and communication abilities. Graduates of 2027 are expected to continue their careers at local companies within India.
