Calves, hamstrings, glutes, back, and shoulders
This is an exercise with the use of a chair which is effective for all parts of the body from the shoulders to the calves.
Stand with your legs slightly wider-than shoulder width apart, hold the backrest of your chair with both hands and lean the upper body forward. *Pay attention at keeping your back straight.
Count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.
Repeat the same movements four more times and relax rotate your shoulders, waist and your ankles once you finish.
