This is a sitting exercise for your quadriceps.
Sitting in a chair, place your hands on your waist and stretch your one leg forward.
Count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.
Do the same for the opposite leg, count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.
Repeat the same movements four more times and relax shaking your thighs with your hands once you finish.
