Shoulders and back
Spread your arms to your sides and rotate them to train the muscles of your shoulders and back.
Stretch your arms to your side, palms facing front.
Rotate your shoulder to make a circle, count for 5 seconds.
Turn them in the reverse direction and count for 5 seconds.
Back down your arms and rotate your shoulders in a wide circle and relax.
Next, stretch your arms to your sides with the back of your hands facing front and your thumbs down.
Rotate your shoulders in the same way as before as to make a circle, count for 5 seconds.
