Fingers, shoulder blades, and back
This is a sitting exercise for fingers, shoulder blades and the back.
Clasp your hands together stretch your arms in front of your chest, palms outward. Lower your head through your arms and stretch.
Count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.
Repeat the same movements four more times and relax rotate your shoulders once you finish.
