Shoulders and back
Extend your arms in front of you and rotate them to train the muscles of your shoulder and back.
Extend your arms in front of you with your palms facing inward.
Rotate to make a circle, count for 5 seconds.
Turn them in the reverse direction and count for 5 seconds.
Bring your arms down and relax by rotate your shoulders.
Next, with your palm facing outward, extend your arms in front of you.
Turn your shoulders in the same way as before as if make a circle, count for 5 seconds.
Bring your arms down, rotate your shoulders and relax.
