Repeat flexion and relaxation around the shoulder blades to relax your muscles.
Clasp your hands behind your back.
Extend your arms down while bringing your shoulder blades close to each other.
Count for 5 seconds and relax.
Repeat the same movements four more times and relax rotate your shoulders in a wide circle once you finish.
