Shoulders and back
The advanced exercise to train the muscles of the shoulders and the back using complex movements of the arm.
Raise your arms above your head facing your palms outwards.
With your palms facing front lower your elbows to your shoulder level.
Put both hands and both elbows together.
Open your elbows and raise your arms over your head to return to the first position.
While paying attention to your shoulders and back, repeat the same movements four more times and relax rotate your shoulders in a wide circle once you finish.
