Hamstrings

This is a sitting exercise for your hamstrings.

01

Place your right leg straight, make your toes face up and stretch by holding your right ankle with your right hand.
* Feel your sole of foot.

02

Count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.

03

Do the same for the left leg, count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.

04

Repeat the same movements four more times and relax your legs by shaking the muscles once you finish.
