The exercise for the front part of the deltoid muscles. Different muscles are trained depending on the orientation of the palm.

With your palms facing inward, extend both of your arms straight in front of you.

Raise your arms, count for 2 seconds in that posture, back down your arms.

Repeat the same movements three more times and relax rotate your shoulders in a wide circle once you finish.
