Lower back, shoulders, shoulder blades, and hamstrings
By bending and stretching, you will train your lower back, shoulders, shoulder blades and hamstrings.
Fold your arms behind your back, push your shoulder blades towards each other and lean your upper body forward.
Count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.
Repeat the same movements four more times and relax rotate your shoulders in a wide circle once you finish.
Relax your ankles too.
