Hamstrings

This is a hamstring exercise done while using a chair.

01

Hold the backrest of your chair with both hands, spread your legs to the front and back and move the center of gravity forward.

Count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.

03

Do the same for the opposite leg, count for 5 seconds and return to the first position.

04

Repeat the same movements four more times and relax rotate your ankles once you finish.
