Fingers, arms, and shoulders
By extending your arms and putting hands together, you can refresh not only your fingers but also your arms and shoulders.
Extend your arms forward, clasp your hands together, count for 5 seconds.
Undo your hands and relax.
Clasp your hands together again with the other finger on top and count for 5 seconds.
Repeat these movements one after another alternately for three more times.
Finally, rotate your shoulders in a wide circle and relax.
