Neck

By holding your hands together, it is possible to take away not only fatigue on the neck but also that on the shoulders.

Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and hold your hands behind your lower back.

Tilt your neck to the left and count for 5 seconds.

Tilt it to the other side and count for 5 seconds.

Look up the ceiling and count for 5 seconds.

Look down the floor and count for 5 seconds.

06

Finally, rotate your neck left and right in a wide circle and relax.
