Fingers and forearms
By stretching out your arms and bending your fingers, you will get a stretching effect for your forearm muscles.
With your wrist facing upward, extend one arm forward.
Let your palm face toward, pull it towards yourself while holding its fingers with the other hand and count for 5 seconds.
Relax by releasing your grip.
Do the same with the opposite side and relax.
Repeat these movements one after another alternately one more time.
