The Japan International Boat Show is the country’s biggest exhibition for marine industry products and services. Yamaha Motor’s main booth at the Pacifico Yokohama venue was one of the largest on the floor, exhibiting not only our mainstay products but also displaying our hydrogen-powered outboard motor prototype for the first time in Japan. The booth also introduced visitors to our wide-ranging services in the marine industry, such as information on our membership-based Sea-Style boat rental club, boat licensing classes, and our entries in competitive marine sports. The Yokohama Bayside Marina was the stage for displaying bigger craft out on the water, and three cruisers from Prestige—Yamaha Motor is the brand’s official importer for the Japanese market—were moored for visitors.
