Commonly known as the “8 Hours,” this race is a massive event popular among motorsports fans in Japan as well as around the world. For the commemorative 40th running of the event in 2017, it garnered global attention as the final round of the Endurance World Championship, and also saw the Yamaha Factory Racing Team secure Yamaha’s first-ever third consecutive Suzuka win.
