Heat Treatment
Carburizing, quenching and tempering forged steel alloy hardens its surface, thereby improving its bending fatigue strength, surface fatigue strength and resistance to wear. Use of a continuous furnace allows this treatment to penetrate hardened layers 1.0 mm or thicker, and also contributes to cost reductions.
