This model was the successor to the 125cc YA series. Its 2-stroke single-cylinder engine with a rotary disc intake valve system was equipped with the “Autolube” separate oil supply system and an electric starter for easier engine start-ups, and was mounted on a pressed-steel backbone frame. With all-new styling defined by sleek designs for the fuel tank and air cleaner cover, this model’s uses ranged from business to sporty riding.
