Nakasuga to compete in MotoGP Round 18 - Grand Prix of Valencia Oct. 28, 2012

Katsuyuki Nakasuga has been drafted in to replace Yamaha Factory Racing's Ben Spies, who was injured at last week's Grand Prix of Malaysia, for the Grand Prix of Valencia to be held on November 11.
Nakasuga is currently competing in the 2012 All Japan Road Racing Championship, JSB1000 class and is also a test rider for the YZR-M1 MotoGP machine. His MotoGP history includes a wild card entry with the YAMAHA YSP Racing Team at this year's Grand Prix of Japan (Round 15) held on October 14, finishing in 9th place, as well as replacing an injured Jorge Lorenzo at last year's Valencia GP, taking an impressive 6th place finish.
