Yamaha Motor and John Deere Enter into a Collaboration Agreement - Through Joint Development and Mutual Supply in the ROV Segment, the Companies Aim to Explore Further Collaboration Opportunities -

IWATA, October 7, 2026 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Deere & Company ("John Deere") to advance joint development and mutual supply initiatives in the recreational off-highway vehicle (ROV) segment. This collaboration will strengthen the long-term relationship between the two companies and establish a foundation for future collaboration opportunities.

Yamaha Motor and John Deere have strengthened their relationship through collaboration in the Low-Speed Mobility (LSM) business.
Under this collaboration, Yamaha Motor and John Deere will combine Yamaha's expertise in powertrain and vehicle design with John Deere's vehicle development capabilities, U.S. manufacturing expertise, and customer insights to jointly develop ROV products that leverage the strengths of both companies.
