Notice Regarding the Partial Withdrawal and Amendment of Proposed Resolution for the 91st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

IWATA, March 12, 2026 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272) announces that per the request of Chairman and Director WATANABE, Katsuaki to withdraw his candidacy for reappointment as a Director upon the expiration of his current term for personal reasons, the Board of Directors made the decision at its March 11 meeting to partially withdraw and amend the resolution proposal intended for submission to the 91st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 25, 2026. Accordingly, WATANABE is slated to retire at the conclusion of said Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
