Yamaha Motor: Announcement of Personnel Changes in the Office of Executive Officers

IWATA, December 23, 2025 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272) announces that the Company finalized the following executive, and executive officer changes at the Board of Directors meeting held on December 23, 2025.
The changes for all directors and executive officers will be formally decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in late March 2026 and at the Board of Directors meeting to follow.
