New Organizational Reforms and Personnel Changes at Yamaha Motor

IWATA, June 30, 2025 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272) resolved to implement the following organizational reforms and personnel changes, effective July 1, 2025.
■ Organizational reforms (effective July 01, 2025)
1. Solution Business Operations
The Robotics Business Unit will be reorganized with the aim of strengthening coordination between sales and services in line with our business strategy improving management efficiency in the Sales & Marketing Section and CS Division and revitalizing the organization through personnel transfers between the division and the section.
- The CS Division, which was directly under the Robotics Business Unit, will be put under the Sales and Marketing Section's jurisdiction.
■ Personnel changes (effective July 1, 2025)
