IWATA, March 19, 2025 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo:7272, hereinafter, "the Company") announces the status of the acquisition of its own shares based on Article 156 of the Companies Act, which is applicable in accordance with Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same Act as follows. And it has completed the acquisition of its own shares, as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 12, 2025.
