IWATA, May 23, 2024 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272.hereinafter, the Company) announces the status of the acquisition of its own shares based on Article 156 of the Companies Act, which is applicable in accordance with Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same Act as follows. And it has completed the acquisition of its own shares, as resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 14, 2024.
The Company also announces that the number of own shares to be cancelled pursuant to Article 178 of the Companies Act, as resolved at the same Board of Directors meeting has been finalized, as follows.
