Announcement of Organizational Reforms and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational reforms and personnel changes, effective October 15, 2013.
1. Organizational changes
Following the absorption by merger of the consolidated subsidiary i-PULSE Co., Ltd on October 1, 2013, a new division will be formed known as the i-PULSE Business Division within the IM Business Unit.
