	Main businesses of the group companies referenced above;
	Sunward International, Inc.: Export of expendable parts, tools, facility maintenance equipment, raw materials, import of parts for boats and sailing yachts, etc., motorcycle and automobile tires, etc. MBK Industrie: Manufacture of motorcycles, outboard motors and other products in France.
