Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. Operating Plans

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (the Company) wishes to express its sincere condolences for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunamis.

The Company announces its updated operating plans for the month of May.

Factories for the products listed below will operate from May 9 onwards after its golden week holidays which last from April 29 to May 8. Operation levels will depend on supply conditions for parts.

Operations for June onwards will be decided by late May.

	·	Outboard Motors
	·	Personal Watercrafts
	·	Automobile Engines (limited operation levels)
	·	Power Products (ATVs/Golf Cars/Generators)

The Boat, Pool, IM* PAS* and UAV* factories will continue to operate as usual.
