Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational and personnel changes, effective April 15, 2009.

1. Organizational changes

■	Body Manufacturing Section, Manufacturing Center
	The 1st Factory and 2nd Factory are being integrated and consolidated into the MC Assembly Factory in order to strengthen organizational functions and streamline business operations.

■	Engineering Section, Marine Engine Business Unit, Marine Business Operations
	The DE Development Division has been dissolved. Its functions have been integrated with the OM design section in order to improve the management of development activities. In the realignment, the former OM Design Division and OM Engineering Development Division have been renamed the Design Division and the Engineering Development Division, respectively.

2. Changes in duties of General Managers
