Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces the following organizational and personnel changes, effective July 15, 2007.

Organizational changes (effective July 15, 2007)

The Company has reorganized production-related groups formerly assigned to the Business Project Division at the IM Company into a single unit, known as the Production Division. The move is designed to reform the IM Company product development and manufacturing process.
