At the Board of Director's Meeting held on November 22, 2004, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (the Company) elected to change its top management, effective January 1, 2005. Current President and Representative Director, Toru Hasegawa will resign from that post and take office as Chairman and Director, while current Senior Managing Director and Representative Director Takashi Kajikawa will take office as President and Representative Director.
