This model appears as a new evolution of the “adult sport sedan” Majesty. The new-design liquid-cooled DOHC 4-valve power unit on this model features a Yamaha DiASil cylinder, known for its outstanding cooling characteristics. It also features fuel injection FI and a CVT automatic transmission in a package that provides outstanding power development and environment friendliness. The new frame makes use of parts cast with Yamaha’s exclusive CF aluminum die-casting method that enables a wider framework that not only contributes to greater running stability but also makes room for more abundant storage space. Meanwhile, the 14-inch front and 13-inch rear tires bring the running performance up to a new level. The result is a new model that offers the kind of performance that makes country touring more enjoyable, expressway riding effortless and tandem riding a breeze. The 59-liter storage compartment under the seat can hold an A3 size attache case.
This is a new Majesty that maintains the original ease of use that the existing model is famous for while taking the performance and stability to a new level that provides enjoyable, stress-free leisure riding on the weekends as well.

The popular fashion scooter Vino reappears with even cuter styling. The new environment-friendly liquid-cooled 4-stroke, 3-valve engine provides a combination of cleaner emissions, better fuel economy and performance on par with the 2-stroke model. The styling is new retro-pop, emphasizing roundness and cuteness. Features like the globe-shaped lights, compact-look styling, the seat with its sense of material quality, the carrier and meters all add distinctively individualistic touches.
The new engine features the latest technologies, like the new 3-valve design, roller type rocker arm and a plated cylinder. This 3-valve engine has two intake valves and one exhaust, which increases intake port area to provide excellent intake efficiency. Also, an exclusive combustion chamber design creates better combustion efficiency. The adoption of a so-called roller type rocker arm contributes to a smoother stronger engine feeling. This mechanism adds a thin needle roller bearing at the contact surface of the valve lift lever to reduce reciprocating resistance with the cam. This contributes to a more enjoyable power feeling while also boosting exhaust performance. Furthermore, for the cylinder, which is always the object of friction from the piston, a plated cylinder has been adopted to improve cooling characteristics, reduce oil consumption and ensure more stable performance.
