Certification operation governance system in Motorcycle business
Motorcycle business certification operations are overseen by the Certification Operation Management Officer, with directions cascading from CQO to the Head of the Certification Div. and subsequently deployed to the operational departments.
To ensure the overall quality of certification operations, a three-layered audit system is implemented, whereby the operational department (first layer), responsible for executing tasks, undergoes audits by the administration department (second layer), and the independent internal division (third layer) further audits and verifies the reliability of these audits to support continuous improvement.

Administrator’s review, approval and record retention via Motorcycle business certification system
Electronic system-based operations of the certification process enable operational administrators to monitor task implementation within the system, while evidence of correct instruction and execution is stored in the system-linked database.

Training to raise awareness of strict compliance with the law.
We have provided e-learning training aimed at deepening understanding of the importance of complying with laws and regulations and at increasing a sense of personal responsibility among all employees.
We have implemented training programs and other measures for managers to learn how to handle the types of incidents that have occurred at Yamaha as well as other conceivable situations, and our entire organization is unified in taking a stricter stance on complying with laws and regulations.
