(1983 / Racing Machine)
This was a 125cc class motocross factory machine mounting a liquid-cooled, 2-stroke engine. To achieve higher revs and higher output, the intake system was changed from the piston reed valve of the previous model to a rotary disc valve type. And to increase liquid-cooling efficiency, the radiator was enlarged and moved from behind the front number identification plate to under the front of the fuel tank, and air induction panels were fitted on either side. In 1983, Satoru Shoji rode this machine to victory in the 125cc All Japan Championship.
