1986 Mint (SH50ED)
(1986 / Production Model)
The Mint was developed with young women users in mind. The newly designed engine, oil bath lubrication for the chain drive and a wet internal expansion shoe clutch made for a smooth and relaxed ride. Furthermore, the 4.4 liter fuel tank and large leg shield ensured practicality in use, while the rounded design with 12 color variations gave the model fashionable appeal. There were also several models with varying equipment like the SH50ED which had both an electric starter and kickstarter as well as a small trunk in the front panel.
