Announcement of Organizational Reforms and Personnel Changes

IWATA, February 14, 2014— Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational reforms and personnel changes, effective February 15, 2014.

Organizational changes

In order to achieve prompt and high-level customer satisfaction, we have newly established the CS Division within the Water Vehicle Business Unit, building a more locally-focused organizational structure.
The market service and product management work that has been handled within the Planning Division until now, and the quality assurance work that has been handled within the Development Division until now, have been transferred to the CS Division.
