Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational and personnel changes, effective July 15, 2009.

1. Organizational changes

■Procurement Center
	A Procurement Center has been formed in order to strengthen product quality, cost competitiveness and delivery capability, while improving parts and materials procurement. With the change, marine engine procurement operations -- previously performed by the Cost Development Section in the Marine Engine Business Unit -- will be integrated into the new Procurement Center. A ME Procurement Division will be established to accommodate the reorganization.
