Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. today announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective May 15, 2008.

1. Organizational changes (effective May 15, 2008)

Parts Operations has established a new Accessory Division in order to clarify the direction of the accessories business, improve quality and grow the business from a global viewpoint.
