Announcement of Organizational and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces the following organizational and personnel changes, effective August 15, 2007.

Organizational changes

The Company has established a Quality Assurance Division within the RV Company. The new division will serve to further improve product quality by controlling the quality of all RV Company operations.
The Company has also established a Planning & Administration Division within the RV Company and assigned it the responsibility of supervising all RV Company operations. The new division will strengthen CSR, primarily by promoting activities related to reducing operational costs and improving risk management.
