1995 XV1100 Virago

This was the flagship model of Yamaha’s Virago cruiser series. Its biggest appeal was the unique feeling of pulse and torquey power from its 1,100cc 75-degree V-twin engine and its “Low & Long” design with slim body lines. In 1995, a Japanese market model was released with a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), newly designed mufflers and a high-geared 5-speed transmission. The 1996 year export model was also fitted with TPS and other specs from the Japanese market model. On display is the 1996 model.
