Drive battery maintenance

- Check the fluid level once a month and replenish as necessary.

- Distilled water or purified water is recommended. Do not use tap water.

Troubleshooting
- I don't know the position of the fuel filler.
- The location of the filler port is under the seat. Please refer to the owner's manual for the refueling method.
- I am using an electric car. The golf car does not turn on.
- Please check if the traction switch is in "TOW mode".
Please contact your dealer if the car does not work in RUN mode.
- The battery will not charge.

Vehicle performance
- How fast is it?
- Speed ranges from 16km/h to 24km/h, but the speed of the vehicle will differ for each model.

- What is the climbing ability (gradeability) of the unit?
- The climbing angle (gradeability) of the vehicle differs for each model.

- Are all models compatible with electromagnetic induction golf cars?
- The only electromagnetic induction model is the G-Series (5-seater). As the countries where we can ship to are limited, please contact the retailer in your country for more details.
- Please provide the dimensions of the vehicle.
- The dimensions of the vehicle are different for each model.

- What is the cruising range?
- Driving ranges depend on the usage environment and vehicle. Please contact the local agent for more details.
- How long does it take to charge an electric car?
- It depends on the battery level, but as a guide, it takes about 8 to 10 hours at the maximum when the battery gauge is at 0.

- Do you need a garage for storage?
- We recommend garage storage to extend the life of your golf car.
- What charging equipment do you need?
- The required equipment will vary depending on the number of units and model you purchase. Please check with your local agent.
- Can I charge the unit with a household power supply?
- Generally charging this way is possible, but it depends on the model, so please check with your local agent for more details.
- What is the vehicle warranty period?

- Is there anything I should be careful about when washing the car?

(1)Body
Use a water hose to wash the car. Although the electronic parts are treated to prevent water infiltration, do not use a high-pressure car washing machine as a precaution.
(2) W/S
Use an air blower to remove any loose dirt/dust and wipe with a soft cloth. Do not use detergents or chemicals as they may damage the W/S coating
(3) Under the seat
Do not splash water directly on electronic components. Remove fallen leaves and branches by hand, and remove dust etc. using an air blower.
- Is there anything I should be careful about when storing carts for longer periods?

(1) Batteries
Fully charge the drive battery, set the tow switch to TOW mode, and store it.
Also, perform supplementary charging once a month.
(2) Engine
Turn off the main switch and remove the key. Turn the clutch (primary sheave) by hand, stop at the point where you feel compression, and store it.
Also, remove the negative terminal of the battery.
When reusing, make sure the battery is charged sufficiently.

- No. Problems such as the golf car not working may occur if you replace the battery with a non-recommended model.
