YAMAHA WaveRunner Proper riding seminar in Cebu Philippines

Report on YAMAHA WaveRunner Proper riding seminar in Cebu Philippines

On June 30, 2005, ALS Marine Center Corporation conducted a Yamaha WaveRunner Proper Riding Seminar in Mactan Island, Cebu.

The said location is very famous for its internationally acclaimed beaches and first class resorts. WaveRunner rental is very famous in this place hence considered as one the biggest market for Yamaha WaveRunner in the Philippines. 35 participants from the watersports operators, resort owners, Philippine Coast Guard, Cebu Police, and other concerned agencies joined the event. The seminar consisted of lecture and beach session. Good etiquette and Proper Riding of WaveRunner, Promoting Proper Rider Orientation, New WaveRunner Rental Program, Preventive Maintenance and other Service Tips were the highlights of the seminar. Hands-on applications were done in the beach session.

Free Caps, Yamaha T-shirts, VCD of Safety Riding and flyers of Proper riding of WV were just some of the many freebies given to all participants. Streamers, Yamaha Beach Umbrellas and Banners were displayed in the event area to promote the Yamaha brand.
Overall, the event provided very helpful information and guidelines to the watersports operators, resort owners and all other concerned agencies involved in the industry. This was substantiated with the positive feedback obtained from the participants themselves—that the event truly supported the tourism industry particularly the watersports operators.
The said seminar is just one of the many effective ways of ALS Marine Center Corp. to promote an image of Yamaha WaveRunner that is socially and environmentally friendly. We considered the event as our support to our customers and the community. Other products of ALS Marine Center Corp. such as ALS Boats, Yamaha Outboard Motors and other marine hardware were also promoted in the event.
