This business provides vehicles owned by MSB on a lease basis, supporting the expansion of diverse mobility services. We are working to expand transport options and employment opportunities.
What is MSB’s Mobility Asset Management?
This business provides vehicles owned by MSB on a lease basis to platform companies operating mobility services.

Needs and Challenges: Expanding Mobility Services vs. The Burden of Vehicle Ownership and Management
Our current markets are India and Nigeria.
In these countries, which have huge mobility markets driven by two-wheelers, the roles expected of mobility are diversifying against a backdrop of changes in society and people’s lifestyles.
In response to this growing demand, local platform companies offering a variety of mobility services—such as motorcycle taxis, delivery and rental services—are increasing their presence.
However, in many cases, the burden of owning and managing a large fleet of vehicles becomes a major bottleneck to business expansion.
MSB partners with these companies to support the expansion of mobility services in each market by alleviating the burden of vehicle ownership through leasing.

Value Delivered through Our Business
① Expanding transport options that can be flexibly chosen to suit individual needs
We currently have partnerships with over 30 companies (*1).
We are offering a wide range of services, including taxis, delivery services such as online grocery shopping and food delivery (India and Nigeria), motorcycle rentals for personal use, and employee transport services for businesses (India).
We are expanding access to mobility to meet a variety of needs.

② Sustainable job creation
As our mobility services expand, we are continuously creating employment opportunities for drivers, who are the backbone of our service.
By providing both work and a vehicle as a package, and receiving a portion of the driver’s earnings as a usage fee (see *Value Chain), we have established a system that allows drivers to start work with no initial costs.
This contributes to improving quality of life through a stable income.
