Achilles tendon

Stand with one foot forward and to the rear, and bend so that your center of gravity moves forward.

Stretch your Achilles tendons, keeping your heels on the floor. Bending your rear leg slightly at the knee may make this easier. Reverse your stance and again stretch your Achilles tendons in the same way.

Rotate both ankles slowly and relax.
