Using your left hand, pull your right elbow toward your left shoulder. Bend your right elbow and relax your arm, and concentrate on stretching your right shoulder.

Relax your arms and let them dangle.

Using your right hand, pull your left elbow toward your right shoulder, stretching your left shoulder.

04

Rotate both ankles slowly and relax.
